My Moisture Pointers

So here is my collection of body moisturisers and a little review of each one…

Body Shop Body Butter

I may have three massive tubs of these…(and a baby tub) but don’t judge, I only bought one of them myself…

My fave one is passion fruit. I LOVE the smell, it’s one of the nicest they do. I’m completely torn between wanting to use it all the time and wanting to save it for special occasions!!

I also have two coconut tubs (one full size and one baby), and for some reason, the baby tub smells sooooo much nicer than the big one?! The only difference is it is a lot older…maybe body butters improve with age?

I personally don’t think that these are worth £13 a tub, but when a sale is on they are usually taken down to £5, in which case it’s a great buy!

Soap And Glory The Righteous Butter

This one is very very creamy, which I like. It is easier to apply than the body shop butters that I have, which means I’ve been using it much more often as it takes less time to smooth into the skin, and it feels luxurious. I also like the smell, and I love the pink retro Soap And Glory packaging.

Ted Baker Body Souffle

This one is lighter than the body shop butter. It is heavily perfumed and smells nice but unnatural and a bit sickly. Unfortunately I always feel like I’m rubbing chemicals into my skin with this one.

The Sanctuary Spa Body Moisture Spray

aysanctuary

I absolutely ADORE this spray. It absorbs instantly into your skin and it’s really really light, which makes a change from my body butters and various creams that I use. It’s especially good if you are in a rush and don’t have enough time to forever rub in a cream. It also leaves a divine shine on my skin, which non of my other moisturisers do, so I feel glowing whenever I put it on, like a lamp, or a glow-worm. I seriously recommend this to anyone who has legs…or arms. Or money to spend. Or a friend with a birthday coming up.

What about you? What do you look for in a body moisturiser? Which are your favourites? I wanna know!

My Fave Eye Make Up

Bonjour again! Hope you’ve all been well since I last posted a minute ago.

I thought I would share with you some of my favourite eye make up products right now, to show you…well, ME.

Maybelline the Falsies Volum’ Express

I use quite a lot of different mascaras, but I wanted  to give this one a shout-out because it have been getting so many rave reviews and I wanted to say that they are ALL COMPLETELY TRUE. The asymmetrical curved brush is slightly out of my comfort zone, but even I seem so be able to achieve voluminous, lengthened and curled lashes (my lashes are so straight that I always love it when I find a mascara that curls them) with minimal effort when using this mascara.

How to use : This mascara is perfect at any time of day or night, on both top and bottom lashes. Using zig-zag brush strokes clumps the lashes together, for a heavy, thick look. Using straight strokes separates the lashes for a slightly more natural look, but still stand out. Perfect on bottom lashes for definition but not too much length.

L’Oreal Super Liner Perfect Slim

loreal super liner

I have used this product every day since it arrived (it was cheaper on the internet). The pointed tip gives me precision and ultra-fine definition, so you can go from extremely natural to flawless va-va-voom. This means it is ultra versatile, and I even jabbed it in my eye recently and nothing bad has come of it. It didn’t even hurt or anything.

I could not possibly tell you how to use this because there are too many way to count!

Max Factor Masterpiece Glide and Define Liquid Eyeliner

What I love about this liner is that it is so easy to use. You simply glide it along the top of your eye and POOF! You look fantastic. SO useful if you’re in a hurry but don’t want to sacrifice your beauty. It’s also in a cute handbag size, so it’s great for on-the-go!

Up-and-coming : Wet n Wild Walking on Eggshells Eyeshadow

walking on eggshells

I haven’t tried this one out yet but it looks so great that I had to give it a mention. Especially good for beginners, as it shows you how to use it on the packet! Comes in perfect handbag size.

What about you? What are your favourite eye make up products?

Love ya,
